Workshop™ (Rapid Requirements Review)
Our R3
Workshop™ is designed to identify your
high-level business requirements and prepare a scope
document, high-level project plan and implementation
proposal. This week long workshop, facilitated by
one of our consultants, kickstarts the implementation
process and allows the project team to begin configuring
the system for initial analysis and testing.
The R3 Workshop™
consists of four days dedicated to the gathering of
requirements, one-half day to prepare the documents
and one-half day to present the findings to your executive
team.
